The other day, I wanted to look up some Twilio documentation, so I searched for “twilio taskrouter”.

This is what I got:

Mind you, this is precisely why I stopped using Google Search. Because searching for Uber gave me Bolt, and searching for Wolt gave me Foodora.

I need a search engine, not an ad engine.

I need the top search result to be the most relevant one, not the one that paid for it the most.

I guess it’s time to switch again.
